Collection: Marcè Nixon-Washington

Marcè Nixon-Washington is a ceramic artist based in Pittsburgh, PA. She earned her BFA from West Virginia University with a focus in Africana Studies. She is currently an inaugural William F Strickland Jr Fellow at the Manchester Craftsman Guild. Marcè investigates ceramics as an archival material to 'permatize' personal and cultural history. She is a member of the Union Project's Collaborative Studio and Women of Visions.
