Ceramic mug by Kimberly Bloise
Kimberly Bloise grew up in Monroeville, PA. She attended Mercyhurst University for studio art, where she discovered her love of clay and began creating ceramic musical instruments. After graduating with a Bachelor of Fine Arts Degree, she moved to Pittsburgh to teach at Union Project, a cooperative ceramics studio. Kimberly’s ceramic work is influenced by geometric patterns as a representation of movement through life.
